river socks
zwei stränge lorna's laces shepherd sock in der farbe "river" hatte ich. die farben fand ich klasse, aber in einem strang waren viele halbentdrehte stellen. ich hoffe jetzt mal, daß das nur ein einzelfall ist, sonst ist die wolle ziemlich teuer...
abgesehen davon hat sie sich prima verstricken lassen und nach dem waschen ist sie auch herrlich weich und kuschelig geworden.
nadeln 2,5mm, musterrand nach eigener kreation.
i owned two skeins of lorna's laces shepherd sock in the colour "river". i really liked the colours, but one skein had quite a few of half-unravelled spots. i hope that this was a single bad skein, otherwise this yarn is quite expensive - at least here in europe...
but nevertheless this yarn was a joy to knit and the socks are really soft after the first washing.
needles 2,5mm, the lace is a creation of my own.
